We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palm House and we will absolutely check to see if it's available next year when making our Spring Training plans!The hosts were very communicative and helpful and seemed very invested in making sure we were happy with our stay.As for the property, it is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood (Coronado) that was minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. We seldom heard any noise from the neighbors, which made for some very peaceful mornings and evenings spent by the pool listening to birds to unwind.Inside we had everything we needed for a great stay. The home was very clean and was the perfect size for my wife and I and our two kids. We were pleased with the cleanliness overall and appreciated having access to the washer and dryer.We highly recommend this property wanting a quiet, clean and relaxing place to stay in a great neighborhood!

The pool was cold. But it was clean and our girls absolutely loved it! The lawn chairs and tables were clean and comfortable. And the shade was sufficient

House and bedding were clean. Everything we need was in the house.

I was bait-and-switched. Shortly before the trip, the host cancelled without an explanation or any kind of message. I was left scrambling to find something else and had to pay extra because I was booking close to my arrival day. I'm not sure how many other people get jerked around by this person, but for my part, I resent both the host's lack of integrity and the need to blow my expected travel budget. If you're making a reservation and want to know that it'll be honored, this is not the right property for you
