These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AZSuperhost's Website, located at AZSuperhost.holidayfuture.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AZSuperhost if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Guest Requirements

"Prebooking questions " need to be answered completely
Need to Collect ID or Driver's license to verify booking information.
To enhance security and verify bookings, paying guests must provide a selfie with their driver's license when booking directly on our site. This ensures booking legitimacy and prevents fraud. Please note that non-compliance with this requirement will result in non-refundable bookings. Thank you for cooperation.
Rental Agreement - Needs to be signed or acknoweledged by replying "approved" in email
Guest is required to complete "guest verification" via Know Your Guest aka "Superhog" You will be prompted to select either a Damage Waiver (Non refundable) or a Security Deposit (refundable) Know your guest may take up to 7 days to return the deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Super Strict
In order to receive a 50% refund for all nights, guests must cancel their reservation at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. However, please note that if a cancellation occurs after this 30-day period, no refund will be issued.

License

Unless otherwise stated, AZ Getaway Rentals and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AZ Getaway Rentals.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AZ Getaway Rentals for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from AZ Getaway Rentals
Sell, rent or sub-license material from AZ Getaway Rentals
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from AZ Getaway Rentals
Redistribute content from AZ Getaway Rentals

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
